My Philosophy

  • I believe the best results come from working together. Every business is different, and my goal is to listen, understand what you want, and help bring that vision to life. Whether you have a clear plan or just know something isn’t working, I focus on collaboration and practical solutions that fit your business — not one-size-fits-all templates.

  • I value supporting my local community while delivering work that is professional, reliable, and thoughtfully done. Small businesses deserve digital support that reflects the care they put into their own work. I aim to build trust through clear communication, follow-through, and solutions you can feel confident in.

  • I provide website setup, updates, and ongoing maintenance, along with general computer and digital support. This can include content changes, troubleshooting issues, performance improvements, and help navigating hosting, domains, or email setup. Whether it’s a one-time fix or continued support, my focus is on keeping things running smoothly.

  • Let’s be honest — technology can be frustrating. Things change, buttons move, and what worked yesterday suddenly doesn’t today. I help take the pressure off by handling the technical side for you, while also using modern tools - including AI - to work smarter and more efficiently. If you want to learn, I will teach you. You don’t have to be “good with computers” — that’s what I’m here for.

I am the person behind Sprague Digital, and I bring a practical and thoughtful approach to website and computer support. I’m currently working toward a degree in physics, with minors in mathematics and history — a background that’s shaped how I think through problems logically, carefully, and with attention to detail. Along the way, many of my electives have focused on coding and computer science, including Python, C, Java, and other math-based programming courses.

My professional experience includes working for the Idaho Bureau of Land Management, where I helped maintain both the internal intranet used by staff and the public-facing website relied on by visitors. Since then, I’ve continued working with small businesses to keep their websites running smoothly — handling updates, maintenance, and the everyday digital issues that tend to pile up. Technology is always changing, and I’m always learning alongside it, so I can offer support that’s current, reliable, and easy to work with.

From updating on the backend — reconfiguring emails and CRM programs — to providing a sleek website that has up to date SEO and smooth accessibility… Northwest Cabinetry and Design and other associated businesses remain my biggest client.
